About

Stephanie Howe, PhD.

I am a trail runner, mom, lover of planet earth, and foodie. I feel most at home in the mountains, preferably on two feet (or skis).

Professionally, I have a PhD in Nutrition & Exercise Physiology and love teaching people how to eat and train for long term health, performance, and happiness. Competitively, I’ve won races including Western States 100, Lake Sonoma 50, Bandera 100k and have podium finishes at many others, including UTMB and CCC.

As someone who loves the outdoors, I also prioritize the health and wellbeing of our planet. Protecting the outdoor spaces that I love are of the utmost importance to me.
